Yard/Garage Conversion

Homeowner bought a beautiful mid century modern in a great neighborhood in Portland, but the property lacked a yard with any kind of privacy. The solution was to retain and raise the yard to create a usable flat space and to transform the driveway into a patio while repurposing the garage into an indoor/ outdoor living space for gatherings.
